The room had cockroaches, was stuffy, smelly, no ventilation or clean air, was given a mattress which was as thin as a bed spread and itchy. the early morning staff Ram was moody and didn't even wear a smile on his face took extra money in his pocket for early checkin (we were forced to give due to senior citizen with me). The corridor was filled with smoking and drinking smell when there was a board kept as no smoking only was for formality no one was there to inspect. No dedicated staff service, no one to lift luggages but had expectation of tips. Please don't choose this hotel even if you have a low budget and are even a lonely traveller. There are many hotels nearby. Dont get foxed by the photos on MMT they put photos which was a setup for the online booking in reality its a terrible hotel to stay in. Sitara Elite would be better i think but never Sitara Grand!

Worst hotel I stay in my life.. I blindly trust latest Google reviews before booking the rooms( we booked 2 rooms for my family) I think they are paid reviews. Too much bad smell in rooms, they use room freshners to avoid bad smell, bed and bedsheets are getting bad smell, not maintained well, I Can't explain how bad wash rooms, so many cockroaches in the room.. You can see lizards(Ballulu) also in the room. It's a 30 years old hotel. Don't trust the photos they shared in the Google.
