Room service is not good. Towels, napkins,spoons for stirring not provided. Had to remind again and again. Food served was not ok We asked for veg sandwich and cheese sandwich. Both tasted the same. No chutney was put. Breakfast was ok. Upma preparation and paraths was good. Tea was very good. Don't go for Punjabi food.

Great experience with honor and staff . Very kind and humble staff. I stayed there for 2 days and my check-out timings were 12hours but my train was at 21:30 hours, and they allowed me to sit at one of their best place i.e La'chef. Really, it of one of my best experience.

Excellent Hotel.. Location is near the railway station .. Rooms are spacious and comfortable...The reception staff is very courteous & polite...They give suggestions for sightseeing The Rooftop restaurant ambience is very good and the food is also tasty

We were 26 contingent for participating sports event at IGFRI-JHANSI during 15-19 December 2023 and stayed in this hotel a one of best place with reference to room condition, cleaness, facilities, room service, staff cooperation and behaviour. Soon I am coming with family for exploring this area. Best wishes to keep this cooperation. All Bikaner and Gujarat contingent members

Worst place as average food and if u reach there and not licking the ambience then they pressurise you to pay even you have ordered within 5 minutes. They considered that your order is ready but they processed your order even after half an hour. Worst service as no controlled temperature. Yes visit to roof top but not comfortable then they suggested to go AC one which was already booked (even roof top manager was not aware). We also offered to pack if anything ready then stated by them that whole order was ready which showed no option for customer. And ur on duty manager involved in the same in presence of *BOUNCER* which showed the attitude towards the customer.
