Stopped here for a short stay. Will point out the positives first - The hire specially abled people, a very noble initiative and they help each other using sign language. This needs to be appreciated more. The location is very convenient. The restaurant staff are very professional and courteous. It was a delight. Special mention to Priyanka, she is always on her toes and has made the experience very pleasant. The rooms are standard rooms, very well ventilated and has lot of light. Now for the cons: Spa doesn't have enough therapist. From a hotel chain like Lemon tree, you'd expect better quality toiletries. But maybe it's this time. For laundry charges, it was a bit misleading. I had to get clarification on the bills. Yes the charges were quite high but that is almost similar around all hotels. Overall it was a good stay.

We had booked the place well in advance for 2 nights ie 6th to 8th January 2024. We were a family of 24 individuals and had booked 12 rooms. The purpose of our visit was also explained. Still all 12 rooms were were divided on 4 different floors. No room was even adjacent to each other. The booking was handled by Mr. Rajkumar Singh who was the assistant sales manager. The lady at the reception was rude and callous and not willing to admit the mistake on the part of the hotel. Most rooms we were given were connected to another room by a door and there were strangers in that adjacent rooms. This was unacceptable. The adjacent rooms were given to a production house, which was a young crowd who played music and enjoyed drinks till late night. Out of the 24 in our group 15 were senior citizens. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. The whole idea to book the place well in advance was just futile

Memorable stay at Lemon tree , Jhansi. We were a group of 10 people... (Family). This was my first visit to Jhansi. We were on a pilgrimage to St. Jude's Church which is like 10 mins from lemon tree. Also it's just 5 mins from Jhansi railway station. Staying at lemon tree made our trip a memorable one. It was vacation and pilgrimage together. The rooms are spacious and clean with most amenities and any amenities missing were provided on request which was commendable. We had a package with breakfast. It was a buffet breakfast with a lot of variety and options. Really good food. Most of all what really impressed us was the staff .... of all departments. They are all so wonderful, polite, courteous, hardworking, welcoming and always ready to help. They made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. A Big 'Thank u' to them all
