My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The bathrooms were dirty with wrappers in the toilet, and the room lacked proper checks before my entry. A dirty smell during check-in was off-putting, and the water from the showerhead wasn't coming out properly, instead, it was coming from the side. I hope the management addresses these issues for the comfort of future guests.

Very slow service specially for a sada plain Dosa also!!! Owner also told that it will take minimum of 20 minutes!! Forget about other food items. Owner better needs to check other competitors and their services. Spoiled the mood and family and relatives treat!! Must improve service for food and timings.

I would have given 0 start if I could ...third class service...no cleanliness...rude staff...no food facilities after 11... Overpriced...please don't waste your money by staying in this hotel... pathetic experience..all other reviews are paid ... nothing is good about this hotel.

Visited their restaurant for lunch. Didn't stay in hotel. Experience was not that good. I went there with family at around 3 o'clock in afternoon. Infrastructure of the place is good. They have beautiful garden, kids playing area with few rides. Food taste was good and quality was also decent. Service was little slow, but maybe that was because we went there at closing time. Unfortunately air conditioning system was not working at that time. So, we had to eat in hot environment. They don't have any fan installed in the restaurant. Price of food is at little on higher side. If you are traveling and looking for a family restaurant then, you can try this restaurant.
