Rooms were clean/comfy with on call support from front desk. The hotel restaurant was good, we enjoyed the ornjng breakfast served here for visitors. However, one of the major drawback is the location, it takes over 300 steps from mall road to reach here which limits people with ailments and elderly. If you take an auto/cab its expensive, so book only if you can ascend and descend the steps with ease or else check for hotels next to mall road.

I want to share the honest review for this hotel, I recently booked 2 rooms in this hotel firstly the staff is very arrogant and does not show any kind of hospitality or manners, secondly the rooms are pathetic and very small. The rooms stinks and the beds are all dirty and unhigenic. The location of this hotel is very difficult to reach as it’s on a very high altitude from the Mall Road. I checked in but after seeing the condition I immediately check out as they did it even refunded me a single rupee. Not at all recommended it’s a scam.

Due to the weather of Hilly Mountain rooms and wall are Moisture. Hotels look like a nearby Lake but it actually takes very heavy exercise from your leg. Otherwise the manager and staff are very supportive, our stay in the middle of September and in the hotel almost 5 or 6 rooms occupied in that 3 rooms are of my group.
