Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff and Management. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Really one of the best experience and the food is just finger liking good .... Located in the Heart of the City best for leisure and Business stay

I recently stayed at laaiba residency and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the bathroom lacked handwash, and the persistent smell of cigarette smoke was a major drawback. Additionally, the shower jet didn't have a stand, always inconveniently lying on the floor. The breakfast was marred by the presence of cockroaches, which was highly unpleasant. Moreover, the reception staff's service was not up to par. Overall, a disappointing stay with several hygiene and service issues.

Treebo trend one of the best & price friendly residency and also very easy to access location. Providing well parking facilities with CCTV SURVEILLANCE.

One of the best places I have stayed and the best part about the place was honesty and Integrity. I forgot my belonging in the room and it struck to my mind only after i reached airport. The manager delivered the stuff by himself and didn't charge a penny. On being offered, he simply said "please don't pay anything it's my duty sir and have a Happy Journey!". Kudos to people like him making a better place to live in this world. Please do consider this hotel for location, price point, hospitality and amazing after-sales service!
