Good location and decently comfortable rooms. I called them up and asked if they can give me an early morning check in at 8am. They confirmed. I paid. I booked. When I reach there, first I am informed that there is no room. When I raise my voice, Rudy’s when they relent and give me an early room. Good location. Helpful staff.

The room in hotel olten was neat and clean though a bit small in size. The staff there was cooperative…I would specially like to mention about the hotel receptionist mr. Anish Singh who was very polite and helpful and very professional in his approach…he quickly understood my requirement and provided the solution accordingly…

one of the worst hotel in mumbai ….as my friend had an emergency so he requested them a day prior for the refund n they agreed for 50% of the refund n later on MR. NAKUL marketing manager ignored our calls nor his assistant NIDHI picked up the call . when we called reception they said voh humara department nhi srsly they played with us n thats what they do with innocent customers. i truly request that this hotel is gonna make fool out of u and not gonna even help you out beaware of such FRAUD HOTELS

I stayed there for 2days, as the time of my arrival all 3-4star known hotels were sold for some exhibition. Hotel was really good. Room service peoples were also good. But Only except the staffs of reception. Local very lower class peoples, they don’t know how to attend the guests. they are ruining the dignity of the hotel from what it can be as the rooms,lobby, hotel, location everything is good .
