The deluxe premium room mattress spring was broken. Didnt had very pleasant experience. Manager was more eager to get the payment done rather than improving the service. Though most of the food items were not availabe but they keep insisting on not to order from outside. Didn't allowed food delivery guy to come inside and have to go out to collect food.

One of the worst hotels I have come across in my 30 years of career. I travel extensively. Staff from waitor to receptionist misbehave, noisy rooms, dirty smelly rooms with full of mosquito, only 500ml per day water allowed that too if you ask. No dental kits, comb etc available. Service time minimum 25-30 mnts, no clearance and cleaning of rooms, From waitor to cook coughing. Breakfast pathetic , tables not cleaned. Smoking freely allowed which enter your rooms and no outlet to get rid of smoke. Food quality worst. I felt like living hell. I had booked hotel from 9th to 12th but left it on 10th morning and no money refunded plus was charged even for water and bottles were not taken back

The hotel is located in a convenient area, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and helpful staff at the reception. They were attentive and provided all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and services. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free start to my stay. The room I stayed in at Hotel Lee International was clean and comfortable.
