One of the Best Hotel Stay during my vacation. The Lodge is centrally located so very easily accessible to markets and shopping areas. Another plus point is that they have two different restaurant one with veg and non veg and the second is purely veg. Both the restaurant food is good but a bit heavy on pockets you can try near by hotels also. Staff is good they provide very good service and kids friendly. The Lodge also provides vehicles for tours at very nominal cost do check out.

Horrible experience!!! Please read before booking. I wish I could rate it less than 1 star. I requested the owner to give me a quiet room for one night and they gave me the noisiest possible room. All rooms in the corridor hear sound of the elevator and banging of doors from neighbouring rooms. Hotel has a landline phone in the corridor (it was right outside my room) and they keep calling their hotel boys on it all through the night and early morning. My sleep got disturbed every time that phone rang. The room also has tiny cockroaches and water came out from the drainage hole everytime I opened the basin tap. Room phone was not working. The manager/owner at the reception was quite arrogant and not understanding of customer's requirements. The only good part was location, everything else was bad. My night sleep was screwed because of corridor telephone. Never booking this hotel again.

We went to this hotel "lonavala" and booked a suite room which says it has a bathtub but was very small . Also the handle of bathroom door was broken and had lot of cockroaches . Although it is budget friendly but was not clean . The restaurant which was on the 2nd floor served nice tasty food but avoid staying here.

Worst experience ever. When we arrived there we were made to sit in the bar section, but as people were smoking over there we were not comfortable so we wanted to sit in the family section but we were straight forward denied to sit. We dont drink or smoke just went their to have lunch but were insulted and were asked to sit in a hotel room to have lunch. So disrespectful to the customers we were embarrassed

We visited hotel lonavla on 15.08.2023. Very much inside the market so reaching is easy but, -Very small parking space -Smelly rooms. -Only poha available in complimentary breakfast. -Outside noise disturbs at night. -Plenty of bedbugs. -Big swimming pool shown online, but actually not there. -One of our rooms had transparent bathroom door. Hotel did not change the room on our request even when there were many empty rooms. +Ves Bathtub available Not recommended unless in emergency
