Hotel was average as per the price. The staffs are very well behaved and the food was good as well However, they take a booking for 4 persons at one room even if you select it two rooms. They do not have any arrangements to accommodate 4 person in one room at all. We got one room for 3 persons and then found out the bed was not big enough for 3 persons and on the name of extra beds they only have matress. The hotel is on mall road and the cars are not allowed to go in the mall road during day time.

The staff was always on their toes and provided excellent services, there were a few problems with the fan and the staff changed the regulator and sorted the issue immediately, excellent experience!

Don't book riversun hotel. They don't mention it anywhere that it is located on a sloped road where private cars are not allowed and you have to walk 200 m on a sloped road to reach the hotel. You'll have to walk uphill everyday to reach your car. The hotel staff is very unhelpful and refuse to help with luggage. The rooms are small and there is no view. The hotel doesn't have a proper kitchen and only a few things are available in room service. The property doesn't have parking space and you'll have to park your car 1 km away.

The most awful hotel one could ever imagine. Mrs. Poonam Khanijow booked it for three of us on the basis of Mr. Sandeep Malik's statement that it's on Mall Road itself but to our surprise, you have to walk down a steep and risky road to reach the hotel. The staff is also not well behaved or respectful. When we asked for refund, they made us run from pillar to post, that too for the sake of our own money. The hotel service and staff both, is unreliable and disappointing. Highly suggested that you don't book a room here in advance. You will only get duped of your money.
