Very comfortable hotel, clean and pretty and spacious, with great customer service. Everyone is helpful and friendly. There is only one elevator bank for all rooms so it can be a very long walk to get to your room from the lobby. Removed a star because the restaurant (breakfast and dinner buffet) have mediocre food and service can be extremely slow. I’d stay here again but opt to eat elsewhere.

This is a very luxurious property. The staff gave us personal attention that started even before our stay, with texts in advance to make sure our needs were met. The only reason for me not to give 5 stars is that I felt they could have kept things a little warmer indoors (we visited during the winter season when the temperature outside was in the 40s and 50s) and also because they cancelled our driver and tour because of a staff issue, and did not help us to arrange a private driver.

Really luxurious hotel with excellent breakfast and service. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the towels are so soft. Best nights sleep in ages!! The breakfast and service are excellent. You feel very well taken care of. Sudhir at breakfast is very attentive. At the bar Surag is very very accommodating and makes an excellent cocktail.

The hotel is beautiful with some amazing decor. Staff are friendly and always ready to help, very courteous & professional. A special shout out to the Executive Chef & kitchen brigade. Food is simply superb, full of flavors and deliciously yummy. A team of well trained culinary experts taking you on an amazing culinary journey. Well done & keep up the great work💯💫

Beautiful decor and good location. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We had to change our room once due go the AC system, causing a smell as it seemed if wasn't run for a while. We didn't have the buffet hence ordered food from them menu which we found to be very pricy but the quality of the food didn't match the prices on the menu. Overall we had a great experience!
