We had a unforgettable memory at this hotel. Winter with fire in garden was best experience, shekar was very helpful, other staffs were very kind and polite. but very dissatisfied with guide for heritage walk who didn't have any knowledge about havelis. Loved ambience,staff politeness and food.

Excellent place. Old haveli restored to glory. Old rooms re furnished with modern facilities while retaining old world charm. Small swimming pool in the middle of well maintained green lawn adds grace and charm to the dining sit out (Bara Dari). Sumptuous food and prompt service.

The Legacy is a 250 year old haveli repurposed as a tourist hotel. It is done thoughtfully by incorporating modern amenities with original architecture. Since Mandawa is a quick stop ( ours was one night) for most of the tourists, it is hard to compare it with other well known brands in more popular destination. For us it was an experience of a lifetime staying in a place used by generations of merchant families. The owner of this property and the locals are trying their best to keep the culture of by gone era alive. It is worth taking a detour and spend some time here and support their efforts. Please note that this is not a senior friendly property. The best part of our short stay was the hospitality and personal attentive service by management and staff. Special shoutout to Shekhar by making us feel at home. His service deserves 6 stars! We will pass on our experience to our family and friends. Thanks.

The rooms, the people , the food....everything has been perfect! The staff has been extremely helpful, courteous and caring during our stay here. Specifically Shekhar ji was wonderful as part of the staff taking care of us. Included in our stay was a guided Heritage Walk of Mandawa, and our guide Deepak ji, took us on a great tour of the havelis and it was amazing to visualize the grandeur of this place !!! Great experience and a wonderful stay!
