The hotel is located on the main road in front of the krishi bhawan. The hotel looks great from outside but the rooms and service provided by them are of average quality. I am not blaming that the hotel is the worst but at the price on which they are providing the room the quality is average as per my observation. They don't provide the hot water kettle. They don't provide you the shampoo. The hot water takes 20min to fill the bucket. All the review which I have shared above is based on the experience which I got during my journey to this hotel. Rude staff. Worst experience. Senseless people, they provide only 1 towel for 2 guests. When we asked, the staff were rude. Harsh behavior. They don't even talk respectfully with Ladies also. They are in fighting mode always. Checkin was not smooth. Not recommended. Very small rooms. Dirty rooms. Dirty toilets. They just provide hand soap nothing else. It's not worth 1200-2000 Rs per night It's fine for Rs 500 per night. The only thing ,paid breakfast was fine (Aloo paratha) only room service they provide.

Worst hotel ever seen. If I had the 0 star, would hav given d same. False promises completely. Photos shown of the hotel while booking is taken from d internet only to lure customers. In reality, worst ever. Even in air conditioning room, mosquitoes and insects have made their house. Totally unhygienic. Bed sheets weren't cleaned at all. Wen complained about it, it was told that it is the season of insects, post Diwali no insects will be found. Till that time, i ll need to compromise. Hot water facility wasn't given at all and the baddest thing was, I had to take bath in different room....except my room, all rooms had hot water facility. When asked for concession for all these issues, I was told that these issues are not in hotel's hand and took complete money. Plz don't consider this hotel for any of ur travel...rest is ur call. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Pros: 1. Nearby to Patna Junction & Rajender Nagar Station 2. Affordable price 3. You have Monginis and Pizza shops right in the same block along with other local food joints. 4. Manager, Mr. Alam was professional and supportive in early checkin and late check out. Cons: 1. Too noisy at times specially movements by guests or staffs at night since they all share the same gallery. 2. Our room was cleaned even once in 2 days. 3. Management needs to look into this, that every time a guest is going out for any work, staff(Cleaning) would ask if you are checking out and ask for tip(I understand their situation but every time and everywhere they see you, including constantly following you, is not justified). They will not leave you until you pay them something otherwise will speak negative in local Bhojpuri.
