The hotel location is good ! And remaining things are need to maintain with good manager. It's should be all bad experience ghost to manger. How they keep room not Clean intercom many months ,in bathroom Wall full of hairs , also in shower equipment. And mainly need to super cool and talented staffs must in hotels business. Restaurant service is poor ... Not quality by service. It's a good hotel and good location. Management must need to very attention by staff and manager. We booked 2 people. But the towel and soap dental kit for only one person. Like I have a lot of small small complaint against the staffs.food should be more improvement.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed, simply they don't know how to behave with guest. We were traveling with family including our 6 months old daughter. Riya on reception was very rude and after requesting also she denied early check-in and we had to wait till 2 pm to get our rooms however most of the rooms were vacant after checkout time of 12 pm. Bed size was very small and room service was extremely poor. On top of that food quality is not good and comparatively expensive also. Certainly we are not going stay here again . They don't even deserve 1 star ⭐ .
