The suite we booked is exceptionally neat and charming, boasting a superb ambiance and impressive hospitality. From the balcony, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the beautiful beach, and the hotel staff is incredibly kind and helpful.

We booked the top floor AC room ( which means the best room they have).No toiletries were provided. There was no hot water, staff asked to wait for 25-30 minute, we did wait for 1 hour but still no hot water was there. Rooms were so smelly and dirty but somehow managed with air freshener but you can't tolerate the smell in bathrooms. The furniture of room is also very dirty that you dont want to keep your stuff on it. The view is good but blocked with heavy metal rods of doors. But the staff was really good, they tried provide us better service.

Stayed here from 13 Dec till 18 Dec . This is one of the best property near the beach. All the staff here are very polite and helpfull especially manager shriniwasan. It is the first hotel in my knowledge that changed the bedsheets of our room without being called for the same Nice stay and will love to stay here again

Hotel Marine Palace has been perhaps the most hospitable hotel I have ever visited in my life. The hotel is located very close to the Kovallam beach, it provides a breathtaking view of the beach from the balcony. The staffs are extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating. They truly made us felt welcomed. The food was pretty good. The manager Mr Srinivasan is extremely friendly, helpful and had gone out of his way to help us out and made us feel like a family.
