Everything is great beside where it is located. Once you reach there it's wonderful. Staff is very courteous and helpful. They actively work on your request. Pool is clean and have good view. They buffet menu is not that lavish very simple for both lunch and dinner. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Overall a good experience.

We had good experience with this resort. Overall the property is good, I agree with the previous reviewers that yes the walls of the rooms could have been cleaned. But yes for a time being you can adjust as we enjoyed the pool in night. We got the best view in balcony ❤️ The staff is supportive we asked them to stretch the dinner time, they simply agreed with us. So we loved our one day stay❤️

AC kept switching off. No toilet paper. Otherwise very nice and comfortable. View is beautiful and the hotel is beautiful. Access road is very bad and very difficult to bring the vehicle into the hotel. Need to have an entry and exit gate.

I booked single room with queen bed. They have joined two single beds and gave me. It was very uncomfortable. Day 1 room service we ordered noodles, they've served fried rice. Room service was bad. Room cleaning was not done for the period of stay for 3 days. Firstly, i used the hotel's recommended cab service for transportation. Unfortunately, the driver charged a fare significantly higher than what is typically expected for the distance. I was surprised and concerned about this discrepancy, as i trust the hotel's recommendations for services. Secondly, the spa services were also a source of disappointment. The rates charged were considerably higher than what was initially communicated or expected. This disparity has left me feeling unsatisfied with the overall value of the services provided.
