I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The ambiance was very calm and relaxing, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were well-appointed, and the staff was attentive and friendly. I appreciated the tranquil environment, making it a perfect retreat for a restful getaway.

Worst experience with this hotel. The rooms are not at all as shown in the booking portals. The staffs are rude and lack the etiquette to handle customer concern. Very untidy rooms with rusted hardware in washroom. Upon ordering food they are unable to deliver on time and specifically unable to understand and adhere to any instructions given. Worst place to stay with family.

Room was neat and clean and reasonable. Location too is good, near west gate of Tajmahal. Nice and secure car parking. Only issue was of food, is no restaurant to sit and dine.

Worst hotel ever experienced, the hotel was not looking like hotel I don’t know what to say but genuinely it was disgusting when i entered the hotel or check in at 11:45pm something hotel lobby light is off and 2-3 people are sleeping on the lobby sofa and seeing the situation is so horrible and one person was sleeping on the floor their staff is not looking like they are the staff member of hotel they are not well dressed and the MD is very bad and rude he using abusive language when I asked for refund because i am not able to get comfort in the hotel, the lift lights are also off it is was looking like scared things and the staff is also looking so horrible. MD name is Shiv Kumar he don’t know how to talk to the customer and manage customers worst experience ever of my life and the Goibibo is also not helping me to get my refund
