Hotel Maya Palace is worst service and his staff is so rude and not support with clients...dirty Washroom and they don't give towel and Extra Glass. Never again come here and I never suggest anyone.hotel manager arguments with clients in enter the room and blackmailing with customers so be aware with Hotel Maya Staff and his reception boy.. please check your dealings with your payment inquiry 1st otherwise they are blackmailing with clients any time . They are blackmailing with any reason and disturb your holidays. Plz aware and never informed and suggest your relatives.also I hear with other rooms coulige they are completed for they are not allowed liquor facilities in room so who come for enjoy with friends and family and healthy atmosphere they confirm all rules regulations like hostel then come here... Also no parking facilities in this Maya palace hotel .. they attract on you call and trust on you on call but different behaviour when we come here..so be aware and safe booking...

For service they deserve 0 rating . They will not provide you call on service , they will not do cleaning on time , their toilet jet will have leakage and apart from all of that they will shout you , and behave like they are doing favour for providing us room. Most horrible hotel I have ever seen . Highly not recommended . Most unprofessional manager I have ever seen in my whole life .

One word i say is pathetic.Current manager who call him self rathore is very rude and highly unprofessional. Business always runs with good behaviour . Charging Extra money is ok but behaving unprofessional is not tolerable . As per my opinion he has prejudice on Mehsana district's people .He needs to be corrected or this hotel will a fiasco in some time. Booked for 4500 for a night Not giving hot water after after informing so many times Not giving proper reply and chaged 1000 rs not giving proper bill
