Had a wonderfull experience at the hotel -fresh linen , food was superb and delicious the best part was that they use all good quality food stuff . Staff behaviour was superb they have dedicated staff for every department. Good communication skills of the staff play a key roll in getting things done. Sound proof room ambience was also nice value for money preffer direct booking rather than going online because they give good discount offer when it comes to offline booking

Very BAD experience with this hotel. 6 families had overnight stay over here. First of all didn't get feeling of hotel at all here, especially for Rooms. Internal infrastructure also misses very basic amenities.We had booking of 6 Deluxe rooms and found rooms sooo ordinary. Don't rely on rooms photography as in reality it's so much different. Even they didn't ask for feedback or even didn't provide feedback form over checkout. Even While sharing this bad experience at reception, the person who was available at reception was not ready to accept it and behaved rudely. So, staff is also not good as they don't know how hospitality business runs. All in all, don't waste your hard earned money for such ordinary hotel who doesn't have any idea how hotel business runs. Big NO for this hotel.

I was there for 4-5 days an i had an amazing experience, rooms were clean an well maintained an comfortable, service was top notch an hotel staff was quite polite an co-operative an. A great place to stay in Great city of indore.
