We stayed here for 2 nights in non-AC rooms for 12 people. The rooms were big enough to accommodate. They were somewhat clean but could be better especially the bedsheets. Nothing smelly but some stains and marks. The bathrooms were clean. The staff is helpful. We asked for extra bedsheets and towels and they offered it. The small road coming to the hotel is bumpy it could be hilarious for some vehicles with low ground clearance. Can park 3-4 cars on premise

The service is prompt. The room prices are reasonable. The breakfast is good. The bathrooms have stains here and there but it's manageable. The bed and rooms are clean though not very clean. But overall friendly and polite staff as well as persons on the counter. Parking space is less but they manage parking your car. Good service.

Visited this place on Christmas weekend and we were glad we chose this place. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious (do note we had booked deluxe room triple sharing) The place is not too far from railway station and some food places are hardly 5 min walk from the hotel. Toiletries and water was provided, the rooms were clean and it was maintained throughout our stay. They don't have inhouse restaurant but you can always order online. Highly recommend this place.

Owner is arrogant. Acts like he is the only person having property.he don't know how to give respect to the customers but the manager Kiran is very cooperative. This is the only hotel which have ventilator in one bathroom connected to another bathroom. We have booked 16 rooms. But they arranged 12 and 4 in another hotel. Totally bad experience. Don't book this hotel .

I think this is a great hotel for a stay in Aurangabad. Pros : -Very polite staff behaviour. All our requests were met with professionalism. -They even allowed us to freshen up and use the washroom early morning as we couldn't checkin until 12 as per hotel policies. -They provide prompt service and as a tourist from Bangalore that is what we wanted. - It I'd couple and family friendly. - Great location next to bus stand-baba petrol pump Cons - Rooms are a bit small with paint peeling off the walls. You guys can perhaps consider giving a makeover? - The pillows were a bit dirty and we could thankfully get them instantly changed. You should look into such cleanliness aspects before check-in of guests. Over-all great pleansant stay. Thank you!
