Very bad experience. Ive been there this Sunday with my family for dinner , the food is so cold our soup ,crunchy corn and all the food is so cold and instead of apologising the staffs are arguing that it’s because of a.c. And what not excuses, the two stars are only for the food quality because it’s good but very cold, so unprofessional staff highly disappointing

Hotel is ok ok.. rooms are smaller than expected. Not that much clean. Little far from all tourists places situated in crowded market. Restaurant facilities available and food quality and quantity was good and tasty

Hotel was booked by our travel agent stating 3 star hotel, restaurant ambience was good but food was average with limited option, but service is pathetic. The staff will not do anything unless, you follow-up again and again. Overall not friendly in nature. One reason may be they have less staff members. Rooms are small but not near n tidy, lift was dirty with some tobacco stain, poor house keeping ..
