Hotel O Blue Inn Residence Near R City Mall

I had booked a room for stay and had done online payment...When I checked in in evening they gave me a room..it was in very corner and the room literally was stinking...even the corner where they kept all mattresses was a complete mess...still I patiently waited for them to change and clean the room..On request they gave me another room but that too without complete cleaning and changing of used pillow cover bedsheet n towel...again on asking them for fresh ones they changed it and when I checked both pillow and blanket were wet...that really annoyed me and so I had to cancel my stay..when asked for refund the attendant there said to contact OYO team directly..All bedsheets and blankets were dusty and stained ones with cockroaches in room...Also at one corner of the area there were rats dancing near the garbage area..this was really a hopeless Oyo room experience that too in a location like Vikhroli,Mumbai.One mistake I did was of not clicking the photos of all this to post it here...but anyone who would be in my situation on seeing all this couldn't even think of it in when in trouble. On contacting OYO customer care they were reluctant to even refund the amount saying that it's not in their policy and they would only refund 20% of the amount paid... That was really surprising to know where they have got such stringent refund policy...they should actually focus on other policies of good house keeping and customer satisfaction which should be of utmost importance. Highly not recommended place to stay...worst OYO experience!

I had a truly disappointing hotel stay recently that I feel compelled to review. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this would not be a pleasant experience. The first issue was the cleanliness of the room. There were stains on the carpet, and the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned with hairs left behind from the previous guest. The next problem was the noise level. I could hear every conversation and footstep in the hallway, and it felt like there was no soundproofing at all. This made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The customer service was also lacking. When I raised my concerns with the front desk, they seemed indifferent and offered no solutions or apologies. It was as if they couldn't care less about my experience. To top it all off,the hotel has Big RATS in all room. One of the worst stay i had in my life. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere for accommodations. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't be returning to this establishment in the future.
