I organized my son's birthday here. The banquet is extremely clean, spacious, well maintained. Right from the banquet manager to the stewards, they exude true hospitality. Be it food customization, suggestions to guest on what could be done better/done as alternate to the quality of food, everything is truly recommendable. I have organized events at star hotels before this and find this hotel to be of parallel character, if not more in certain fronts. My guests were super elated with the experience they had, both in terms of the property and the quality of dining. I highly recommend this place for organizing events.

This hotel is good. Good for travellers. Couple friendly hotel. Room, bathroom are clean. Ac and tv service is available. Staffs are helpful and behaviour is also good. They're cooperative. Here's food is tasty and delicious with affordable price. But please little bit notice in bedcover cleanliness. Also I rate this place 4 out of 5. 😊

Worst experience After booking it through Oyo and making the payment for 2 rooms online , they wanted 2k more and when I denied paying anything extra, they wanted to move me to a different “hotel” , since I was literally tired from flying I decided to take the offer. We were moved to a hotel name Jagannath and provided us with a tiny terrace room, with washroom dirtier than the public restrooms. There was literally vomits on the toilet seats, table full of cigarette ashes…was too tired to fight any longer and just took the room for the night and asked them to clean atleast the washrooms! NEVER BOOK ANY OF THESE HOTELS AGAIN ! I would rate in minus if there was an option to do so!

Online booking beware. Don't be surprised if the hotel doesn't honor online reservation. I had the misfortune of booking this hotel through agoda as I only needed a place close to airport as I needed to rest for few hours before I took an early flight. Once I reached the hotel at around 10PM, the guy at the front desk outright declined to honor the reservation saying OYO has been advertising prices that they cannot honor and suggested to talk to OYO and said there is nothing he can do. To my horror, it was impossible to get to OYO customer support and after 30 minutes of trying to reach a customer support rep, I had to give up and pay what the person quoted as it was very late at night to find any place and I had no idea what the other place would offer. It feels like I am not the only one who has gone through this experience before and feels like OYO is complacent in making any corrections to this issue. I got a basic room, which was tiny, and the blanket was tucked in a closet and was dirty, which they changed after running a couple time to reception. The room had barely any space apart from the bed and there was no hot water at night, so I ended up taking a cold-water shower. The AC remote did not work either and it stayed at a constant temperature, which was preset and I had to stay with that temperature the whole night. I was so glad I only booked it for a night and this horror lasted only for few hours. It feels like unless it is a very known hotel, not all hotels honor the price you find online.

They won't accept online bookings. On reaching the hotel they will not proceed further and ask us to cancel the order and pay the full amount. Poor response will be from Oyo too. With no other option left, at night 10pm i had to pay full amount and book the room. Staffs are very rude and impolite regarding online bookings. Rooms are very small, blanket provided and soo dirty, TV won't work, Bathroom geyser won't work, Bathroom are not clean
