Hotel O by OYO Sai Residenci

The worst experience I have ever with OYO rooms. While booking, AC room booked and charged accordingly but when reached at hotel owner denied and provided non AC room. Room is far away from the market and hence no local transport available. Making fool the customer by showing good pictures of the room whereas, in present it is completely different. Uneasy bed, Uncleaned bedsheet, mattress and pillows. Dirty and foul smelling water for bath. Improper lighting in the room. We have to ask for everything like soap and shampoo. Rude behaviour of the receptionist.

It is my worst hotel experience ever. I wish I could rate it in negative! The location was too bad, the road towards the hotel was flooded. After reaching hotel, the staff told us that hotel is full and no room available. However, before reaching hotel I confirmed about my booking twice through OYO customer care executives and they confirmed the same. After reaching hotel they asked us to pay the remaining amount to their personal number. We had booking for 2 days, on the first day they gave us room in which false ceiling was fallen on ground and full of foul smell. However on insisting on 2nd day they changed our room. But the room was full of seapage and mosquitoes, AC wasn't working, bedsheet and pillow covers were full of hairs and everything was so dirty! The blanket was stinking like hell and provided single towel between two person and no toiletries were provided except two medimix soap. I would like to bring notice of OYO executives as well as other hotel booking platforms that this hotel is eating their revenue model like termites as they are not showing records of their guest to OYO and other hotel booking platforms. Also I would like to bring notice of GST officers that they are not maintaining proper ledger book by making payment to some random number of their family members and evading service tax. This is a serious matter to look into. And hope that this property shall be delisted and banned for future registration on any hotel booking platform.
