Very bad rooms, So many insects on bed while you are sleeping. I got so much problems like skin and health problems and I could not sleep. I checked in hotel with wife and daughter at 11 pm. I requested to staff change my room but no response. I paid money already through Oyo.

Staff at the reception very room and have no manners to talk, I booked deluxe room through Oyo app and they gv us standard room with was very dirty and unhygienic when I asked the guy at the reception name RINKU was very rude and said we do not have such room and the pic given in Oyo app are fake (which was not) after complaining to Oyo they gv me proper room, next day again' I book room and another rude guy at reception denied and Rudely asked me y I booked the room again through the app as the amount is very less and asked me to check out, again the reception staff at the hotel took my phone and start giving review of this hotel without permission, however hotel was quiet ok but the staff are very rude and not cooperative.

This is okay type hotel here you can take a rest of you have not more money means it is low budget hotel.In this market all the things are good but old and low quality things are mostly available.you want to take some special things then you have to come some distance which is a minor point otherwise overall all the things are very good. I again say that if you have less money then stay here.

Very bad and rude staff members,, their way to treat customers is very bad.I must say that never ever adopt this hotel in any condition, their way of talking to people is very harsh and cruel,even they never bothered about any front one feelings.I request the committee of hotels in kanpur ,please take strict actions against them,I came from very far and my experience is too bad about their hospitality and staff.
