Hotel owner didn't even answered call and I was waiting near to property at 2:30am in morning. It was told by passing people that in Dec no hotels are accepting people and same is done by this hotel also. Hotels in Aurangabad didn't answer calls and demand extra money when booked in December. So kindly book hotels before or after December. This is not only for this hotel, it's for all properties in Aurangabad.

Management : Polite & Helpful Food : Quality is good Location : Near from many good locations of Aurangabad Infrastructure : 1. Old, not very much technically sound. 2. Room is not clean. I've found hairs on bed & Almarih also not clean. 3. A/C is broken. 4. Drainage system is not so good. Suggestion : Hotel management should improve Infrastructural facilities. Experience : Overall good experience.

One of worst hotel Never ever book thia hotel Don't ho on pics provide by them Hotel is in pathetic condition now Forget about Hospitality and service the basic things were not in place No towels no soap a half cracked mirror... Ohh Sorry main thing there were no hot water in the room. Cleanliness?? Road side lodg of 500rs is much cleaner Beds were worst not at all clean. Don't stay in this hotel even if u want to go to washroom don't use this hotel 😆 You can use this hotel if you want to clean ur dirty shoes. Go to room take bed sheet and clean it Becoz condition of that bedsheets are same like your dirty shoes

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. To start with, the rooms look nothing like the pictures. Dingy, pipes leaking, infested with cockroaches, excrements smeared on the stairs (?!). Staff is extremely rude and trying to get more money from you at every opportunity, mostly by lying about what you have and haven't paid for. We ended up setting off on a bus to another city, thinking we settled all out bills, but they somehow got in touch with the driver, and demanded we pay road tax for car trip we took. Stay well away - I never write bad reviews, but this place is as pleasant as people who run it.
