Rooms are spacious but there are no wardrobes nor dress hangers. The fans are faulty in some rooms. Lots and lots of stains on the beds and the blankets. No one answers the calls from the reception. However, the location is good. It's Easy to commute to places like malls, restaurants, pubs, pharmacy, metro, etc,. Overall it was a pretty decent stay.

Worst worst worst Never in my entire life i faced this much of negligence behaviour by staff, actually we have booked one room as i am coming from US and i went on that morning they are saying the room is given to some one else then what is the use of advance booking and they are asking me to call OYO customer care for cancellation if we want to do that why should i booked the room the manager is also saying the same answer and these guys are maintaining hotel very very worst. In our room AC is not working and no TV wifi is worst and the sofas which are placed out side are broken I booked 4 sharing room at last they gave small room and charged the same price and extra for earlier check in . I will not trust oyo from now onwards

Really bad service . Told my 62 years old mother to order food online or to get it herself. Almost everywhere staff was uncooperative for some reason. Never experienced such things so I was confused , cancelled the plan of staying for more days & shifted my mother to other hotel.

Rooms are not clean and not even close to the pictures displayed here. Air conditioning unit in my room was dripping water. I had to change multiple rooms coz each of them had one or the other issue. Most importantly price is not as displayed in OYO app. I booked my room with OYO app and wanted to pay in cash after I reach. But they demanded an extra 500 saying it’s a different price for weekend. They did not let me into my room until I paid the extra amount. Same happened with a couple of other guests as well when I was waiting in the lounge. OYO should look into and update the prices online or should make sure the management doesn’t cause such inconvenience to the guests like I had to face.
