An absolute piece of garbage. You'd rather prefer to stay at the airport than this hotel. NEVER EVER PAY THIS HOTEL ONLINE !! THEY WILL NOT EVEN CONSIDER IT EVEN IF YOU SPEAK TO THEM LOGICALLY AND HAVE VALID POINTS !!! We booked our tickets online (OYO) and went for an early check in. Not only did they deny us entry but also claimed that they weren't even associated with OYO and asked me to call the customer care for cancellation and pay in cash if I were to allow staying at their hotel. I not only had to ask the OYO customer service to cancel my booking but also had to pay them 2000 rupees for two consecutive days. They claimed "We are not associated with OYO. We don't have any OYO registration number" when asked by the customer care regarding my booking. Luckily my OYO refund was initiated. Their behaviour towards the customers is way too rude. The room was dirty, stinky. The bathroom was too small, water was not running 24*7; Bedsheets, pillow covers were dirty, the hotel service was trash. I'd have rated this in negative if I had the opportunity.

A absolute piece of garbage in the name of hotel. Would definitely give a negative rating if possible. Very rude and unprofessional staff. We confirmed prior to reaching the hotel regarding our reservation and they said everything is ready and upon arrival they denied the room saying they do not have any rooms available. Upon multiple request (we were with a small baby) they did booked us in nearby hotel which was dirty and stinky an the room smelled like a smoking zone Simply pathetic.

I would prefer no star to this hotel, in terms of rating. In morning only, my wife confirmed telephonically about the availability of rooms & then after we booked the room. When we reach to the hotel (very difficult to search & reach the hotel), the receptionist says that they have no rooms, you can search another hotel & he said you have no booking with us for today's date. When we show our confirmed booking then he is charging extra money (double amount). After confirming the amount (as we reached there at 1AM, we are tired to search for another hotel), he alloted us a room in another nearby hotel named Aerotech Hotel, of which room was so ugly, dirty & so compact. I would recommend never ever booked to this hotel, infact not a single hotel from Mahipalpur area. They are showing rooms on photo are way different than you get. Sorry, I have no photo of room where I stay. If you are a having a female family member, don't ever look towards this hotel.
