Booking ID : J5QP3526 I had booked this hotel online and payment was done in advance. Still the receptionist asked me for money and didn't let me check in until the payment was done. The hotel is terrible in all aspects! OYO takes absolutely no responsibility. Speaking with their customer care is a torture. It's worth sleeping on road than going to this hotel. It's a hotel just for name, otherwise they have turned it into a 24*7 brothel !

Rooms are okay, but little less cleaned. Services are average. I ordered food and had to wait for 45 mins, where I was said that , I should wait for 15 mins only

Very bad experience with this oyo. They charged Extra Money as well. The rooms are not cleaned, rats are roaming around the room, rats are living in the AC. Very poor service. Unsatisfied. Before going to this oyo you must call to Oyo support and tell them about extra payment. Strongly disagree. 1.5/5 rating I’ve given. They’ll not give the extra payment receipt as well. Fraud Hotel.
