Poor and fraud receptionist cum manager. In my entire life I didn't see such a cheap mentality woman anywhere. She will do every drama like hotel is booked, booking I'd not showing in app, booking not received, less amount so room cannot be allocated. Actually she is idiotsic money minded ****. She won't directly ask you extra money. She simply deny check-in. Then will do all drama for getting extra money. If you not believe in me go and check written reviews by customers. Don't judge simply by star rating as she idiot uses different IDs to rate it 4 Star or 5 star. Read real users review. Only same problem all people reported. Idiot lady *****.

Not at all recommended. I would give 0 stars if there was an option. We were denied entry to the hotel because the owner asked for extra money. I had booked the room through oyo customer care. The customer care executive asked me to pay 25% of the room cost to book the room. When I went to the hotel, the owner told me a different price is reflected in her app and asked me to pay extra amount. When I called the customer care, they put me on hold for 30 minutes and they weren't able to convince the owner to give me the room for the initially agreed price. What non sense is this? They tell me a different amount, when I go there they ask me to pay more??? Idiotic. Never booking anything via Oyo again. Also, I didn't receive the 25% advance amount I paid to Oyo. A complete fradualent company!!! Ufff!

Worst experience I had with my bookings. The lady sits in the reception. The negative ratings provided mostly because of the reception lady itself. Asking for extra money, misbehaving etc..
