Room was nice, staffs are well mannered, location is also good. The only problem was we booked from OYO directly and I had some coupon discounts so we got the room at very cheaper price. But when we reached there, te hotel staff told us to cancel the hotel and pay double price for the same room as they can not provide rooms at this low price. We informed that this discount is given by OYO and I am very much sure they will compensate it with you. But they did not agree and we had to cancel the booking and paid almost double amount to stay there.

Don’t book from Oyo because they don’t allow on that price they will demand extra amount

3 years back, i gave 5 stars to this place and in June, 2022- it’s barely 2 stars. The service has deteriorated and room are not maintained. I admit OYO hotels are loosing market and there is nobody else to blame other than OYO. Plus side, staff is polite, car parking is available and outside food allowed.

I was booked by my client in this hotel along with 3 other executives and sadly the Oyo promise does not seem to be honored by this property: 1. Checked in last night. I was promptly asked to pay full payment at time of check-in and the balance amount was not paid back till the next morning. The bed sheets had not been changed and had some hair of the earlier occupant on it. Tried to get them changed and the washed bed sheets also had stains. The issue got resolved after the staff retrieved a relatively clean set and replaced them. 2. Tried to order breakfast in the morning which was included in the booking but the staff at the reception rudely informed me that breakfast was not included and would be chargeable. When I asked from an email id where I could forward the Room booking email which mentioned the amount paid for Breakfast, he quickly retracted from his earlier statement and asked me for the order. In the same breath, he asked me why I had not specified the order the previous night! I asked for Tea with separate sugar and when the tea was delivered, it was luke warm at best with no spoon / stirrer to mix the sugar. It took them 5 minutes to get the spoon. 3. I asked for a clean towel which again has couple of stains so I did not use it. 4. I had to again ask for the oyo kit (soap, body wash) which was grudgingly supplied after feigning ignorance that it must have been there in the first place. 5. There was a stink in the bathroom coming from the service shaft / duct that seems to have garbage dumped in it and does not seem to have been cleaned. I did not investigate the reason for the stink. I also do not understand how this property can claim to be a 3 star property. Seems to be an air-conditioned lodge at best. This leads me to wonder if this is the famed Oyo service quality and customer experience that is talked of on TV shows. I can see many reviews below mine where Oyo Customer Service has assured that they will take corrective action but apparently, nothing seems to have changed!
