Overally a great place for stay. We stayed there for a night and it was a complete pleasure. We checked in at 1 pm and fortunately all the staffs were in work and we got instant help in our check-in. Had a good night's sleep in the super deluxe suite room and it was super comfy. Checkout at early morning was also smooth. Morning breakfast was not complimentary as we booked the hotel directly by word of mouth and not through OYO. Anyway, pleasant stay and friendly staff. These two factors i loved the most about this hotel.

This place is a okay place though it still felt like a wee bit overpriced. Service took it's time but was thorough & sincere. Hotel staff is courteous & helpful. They arranged a 4am checkout & an Auto in the middle of the night at 10 minutes notice. This place also is unmarried couple friendly. The food is simple, homely & good. In fact we really liked the food. Strangely they failed to provide simple toiletries (not available they said at that time). This place also has a bar (through which you can hear music late into night) & a separate wedding function area. To summarize, good place, slow but nice service which has room for improvements, good food & slightly overpriced.

Location is very furious. AC should be quite good. Food is costly than other center hotels in BBSR. should be add more items. I smell bad in toilet. Room service may be improved. Overall I think I had a good staying.

1. Decent hotel and good food served till very late in the night as well. 2. Houses a decent bar with live music as well. Although the quality of live music can not be rated good at all, it still made some customers cling to the bar for more than they have scheduled for themselves. 3. Location is a bit interior, but anyway finding any hotel this digital era is never difficult at all.
