One of the worst experience for me. They don't accept the booking price in Oyo app. They will offer room only after looting double the booking price. And rooms are also not good. Bed condition is also not good. Bathrooms are in worst condition. No hot water facility in room and the most frustrating part is there are bugs and flies in the room. After all this menace the receptionist will ask 200₹ extra for room service. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Please don't fall to this trap anyone please, these people are looting everyone coming to this hotel and oyo is also involved in this scam. When we came to the hotel for check-in, directly the receptionist told to pay extra money or else you cancel your booking that too for non-refundable cancelation. Later he didn't even comprise with for giving 1 room instead of 2 rooms as we booked 2 rooms for 5 people. Even he is not leaving us to talk he was very rude doesn't want to listen our words. At last we didn't even checked-in as the owner ask for the original ID proof and blackedmailed people to pay money first later you collect your ID proof. Oyo people also supporting these kind of scammers. They are not responsing properly for the people who are caught into this trap. Even they are money minded people. They didn't even refund our amount even if we didn't checked-in. My over all review is to give 0 stars, as there is no option to give, I gave them 1 star.

Very worst service by the hotel management. They are a total fraud person who make you to pay the money in full. Once u check-in they demand u to pay more money or else check out with out any refund of our money. Dont get into this scammers and loose ur money as this is the worst of the worst. We don’t have option to give 0 rating for this property. Be mindful and avoid this hotel and look for the different rooms in Pondicherry
