Such a fruad thing. We book hotel online but got different room and also different property. Very bad experience for online booking.

Don't fall for their images listed on different travel portals, all the reviews written in Google are true. They showcase something and in actual they don't have any room in this hotel. They use this hotel name to take bookings online and then push people to go to other hotels - Bharat hotel and what other one forgot. The manager and staff are arrogant, even after calling one day ahead about early check-in they denied and lied about any call. Have call recording as well but yet they are not refunding money and neither giving room even with extra payment of early check-in. Never come to this hotel and feel miserable like we did since morning 5:30 till 8:30(the moment I'm posting this), had to wait for 3 hours and without resolution and they're not refunding as well. Don't book this hotel if you want a peaceful journey in Jaipur. Don't fall for their images and listing, they are cheaters.
