I stayed at this place for 3 nights and I paid in advance which was a big mistake. I checked in at around 6pm & immediately requested for an extra bed as we were 4 family members including kids. I had to call them at least 5 times and finally had to raise my voice at 11pm to get that bed. The TV in the room was a mere show piece, I requested everyday multiple times to fix it, but the only reply was we will send someone to fix it & nobody arrived. They offer breakfast, but it’s the same limited menu consisting of idli, poha & noodles. The food quality is pathetic at best. The service was the worst I ever witnessed. They didn’t even give water in the room without asking for it & added it in the room bill which I had to get nullified after an argument. The front office staff is full of blank faced unresponsive & unhelpful people, who act as if they are doing the guests a favour. My suggestion to anyone reading this is to avoid booking a room with these guys as you would only regret your decision.

Very bad staff and receptionist behaviour. they will denied your booking even it has confirmed and offer to someone with higher rates. Seriously they are doing ba things and no one care about it. You are not sure about your booking even with confirmation voucher.Try to avoid this hotel for booking.

One of the worst shabby hotel with unprofessional attitude.Had a tough time and nightmare.Inspite of booking in advance they did not provide the room and sent us to a different hotel for stay plus charged auto fare conveyance on reaching the suggested hotel by them there front office staff in both places were rude and arrogant,whole hotel was shabby and nightmare experience.Never suggest anyone to go to this hotel. Be alert it’s a trap waste of every penny. Luckily I had done free cancellation with cash back so I could cancel it before the check in time and search another place .They never pick the phone calls too.
