Hotel is near airport and food is good. Hotel infrastructure is good but room maintenance need more professional expertise. Room Accessories such as AC , Washroom equipment etc. Need proper maintenance. Location and food is good . Food items is tasty 😋 also.

My nightmare stay at Hotel OAK by Signature in Hyderabad First of all receptionist, front desk was not courteous Amenities inside the room were so meagre, that even cups were not available Towels could not be provided because hotel had not sufficient towels to provide the guest Room service was very poor as well as very slow and inattentive. The elevator was also very slow and small. It was a bad experience of a hotel I stayed in my life Surprisingly It is a three star rated hotel, but some lodges are better than this. I paid 4900 for one night but my whole night spoiled due to this hotel.

The hotel is nothing like shown in photos. Badly maintained, pathetic rooms. Still cannot understand why sites like MMT host this hotel on their site. Very shabby and shady looking place. The food is the only thing remotely bearable, but that too served in plastic plates and bowls. Completely avoidable especially for families and women.

The hotel is not as good as it looks in the pictures, rather I would say it's a worst hotel. I booked this hotel for overnight stay as I was traveling. I paid close to 2k per night for thus hotel.(without breakfast) 1. Bedsheet, pillow covers, duvet covers were not clean(one pillow was without pillow cover) 2. No towels provides after calling reception provided only 1 towel 3. Open ground car parking, I felt it's not safe 4. Not so good neighborhood 5. No dinner available, had to step out for dinner 6. Room had a window which opens in small backside aisle which is connected to other rooms, not sure why it was created(privacy and safety concern here) 7. Leakage in bathroom, felt like cheap lodge bathroom

Very bad experience at their restaurant. Though restaurant is on the expensive side.I ordered spring roll which they served with tomato ketchup only. I asked staff to serve with either chilly or any other chutney which they didn’t bothered to serve within time till then rolls got chilled.We left the rolls without eating .Is this the service this restaurant provides. Zero star for everything
