I booked this hotel online via Goibibo one week ahead of my stay. Hotel people called on the day of arrival when we were on the way and informed rooms are not available. And asked us to find other hotels. They should come out of online platforms if they unable to manage properly.

Few days ago stayed in this hotel, totally bad experience in terms of hospitality and moreover NO lift available and very difficult in claiming as the rooms are available at second floor and above. Not to recommend to stay with family. NO proper driver’s room was provided.

Rooms are very small and average size beds. Price is too high for an A/C rooms while compare to other Hotels. There is a weird smell in the rooms. I would not suggest this place for family or aged or disabled people because there is a Bar in side of the building and steps are very big and also no Lift in the building.

Standard A/C room is ridiculously small. Just enough size for a double bed and a tiny table. Washroom is okay but not that great. Won't recommend for family/elderly people since the rooms are on the 2nd floor and there's no elevator. It's a bar attached hotel, but didn't feel any nuisance because of it. Virtually, there's no car parking facility since they share the same area with a film theater which is on the same building. The only upside of this hotel is the distance to the Big Temple. Just have a few steps and you're at the big temple. Think of this room as a dormitory + A/C and you'll be fine.
