Opt only if you have no option. We picked seeing that they had a pick and drop facility, breakfast, and close to the railway station. Except being close to the station, there is no reason to stay here. Rooms are poorly maintained, restaurant cleanliness is sub-par, limited menu, but staff were courteous despite the bad situations. They seem terribly short staffed: Hotel: Lobby is unreasonably hot, no fans, looks like the entire place is managed by just 3 staff. Restaurant: just one guy cleaning tables, refilling the buffet, running back and forth from the kitchen on a weekend is atrocious.

When I checked in I specifically asked if the group I came for is staying here. The answer I got was yes. I checked in. After check in only, I came to know that the group is in their other hotel. When, I asked for change in the room to the other hotel, they told that I have to pay again for the other hotel. Also, the reception person in the other hotel communicated very rudely with me. On top of all these, I got my complementary water bottles and additional bed only request. Not good to stay here. Please do not prefer this hotel. I would like the owner to respond to this please.

Horrible experience stayed 15th and 16th of March 2023 - 1. cot was broken and manager knew that one leg of the cot is broken and still allotted same room - room no 202 - after too many discussions at 11pm changed to room 205 2. AC not working in room 201 changed to room 203 and in 203 also , AC is taped and tangling dangerously, drawers are broken and glued with some tape , bathroom light bulbs gone 3. They did not provide Blankets though we asked multiple times 4. Tv remote does not work all Old battery cell 5. For complimentary water bottles literally beg house keeping Service very bad Location is good
