Hotel Panicker's Residency

My recent stay at Panickers Residency in Karol Bagh was delightful. The location is convenient, the room clean, in room served food was yummy and the staff, provided excellent assistance and service. Just 5 mins walk from karol bagh metro station and almost inside karol bagh market.

They have used abusing language against us for asking why the hot water is not coming and why the water is draining in rest room. They have used very abusive language in front my kids and kids got strangled. All we have expected was apology only. For that the lady in the reception said “ just check out and get out of the hotel before we throw you out” she showed me finger and when i asked why did you show the finger she said “I will show like that only it’s my finger just get out” With reference to your long reply, I would like to mention one famous quote that “customers are important at our premises” whatever may be the reason you should atleast bothered to apologise for not giving the proper service to the customer rather you have shouted and said you will talk only to male not female and also you yourself accepted that you will behave rude only.. we have occupied your property for continuing for three nights but because your inappropriate services and dirty rooms and abusive languages, we decided to vacate. We are the victims here. During our 10 days trip, we have stayed in many hotels in different location, but we have never experienced a worst hotel like yours, in terms of service, ambience, cleanliness and highlight is your staff using “abusive language against customers” and shouting on the face “get out of the hotel” whatever may be reason, using abusive language against customer is not justifiable. Also any of your reply justifies the reason for your room walls which were full of dust and no hot water. Initially this was our only concern, the owner and the receptionist women made the situation worst, without apologising they have started arguing “we have not told you 24 hours hot water, only particular timing it will” but the hotel confirmed 24 hours hot water is available when we particularly asked for that. The reply given below this comment is far from how we have been treated at their hotel.
