Its very nice place with a profound location where there is ease and reach of everything, hotel staff is good in behave. Homely stay for foreigners, Cool and tidy rooms with in room services of pantry, complimentary breakfast is also included in some of the packages.. Hotel owner is such a nice guy. Always taking care of hotel residents.

Take this hotel only as your last option. I stayed there for two nights. Booked the rooms online by seeing the photos. But it was not as expected. The rooms were pretty old and had a bad odour. The bed sheets, mattress and pillows had a bad odour too. The bathrooms were not clean and had stains everywhere. The tap water in the bathroom is salty like sea water. So forget about washing your mouth after brushing using the tap water. The rooms are overpriced for the service and comfort they are offering. The AC is a gimmick. It won’t cool the room, it’s just a fan in a box. There was no remote for the AC in my room (Room 101). The only good thing is the locality. There is a metro station nearby and also you will get cabs and buses easily.

It was bad experience for us. Even though there were few good rooms they provide as very bad room having bedbugs, dirty washroom, bad quality beds, service is poor, useless kitchen, no shops or good restaurants nearby

I paid advance 25 days before of my booking rs 1500 and these cheaters denied to pay me back, when i requested to cancel immediately within 2 day of my adv payment. THEY DENIED !! cheaters like these people earn there own and there family bread by doing such unethical practice only. Stay away from cheaters. THANKS MANAGEMENT FOR ACCEPTING YOUR MISTAKE AND REFUND ADVANCE BACK TO ME . I GAVE 1 STAR AND MY REVIEW- THERE AFTER THIS HOTEL STARTED MAKING FOLLOW UP TO CHANGE MY REVIEW AND NOW I CHANGED FROM 1 TO 5 AS THEY GAVE MY REFUND MONEY FULL AFTER SEING MY REVIEW HERE IN GOOGLE.
