I went for stay Food was awasome restaurant service was ok. But room' cleaning is not good. Lots of Dust under the bed. Bathroom was not clean. Hair on bed. Next day also same situation. Overall my hotel experience was good but cleaning or rooms was not good. Room's dustbin also not clean there was Toilet rolls are laying.

We stayed in the Park Ocean hotel for one night on the 7th floor. The room was not properly maintained and extremely dimly lit. The toilet flush was not working properly, the wash basin was choked. The central air conditioning unit was very noisy, and only worked at 28 degrees. It stopped working if you lower the temperature. The TV was also not working. We complained to the authorities regarding all these issues. However, they neither shifted us to a different room nor sorted out the issues. Overall, considering this to be a so-called upscale four star hotel, we found it to be extremely unsatisfactory for the amount of money they are charging. It was an extremely ordinary hotel.

Really nice property interior is good Restaurant interior is watches. Morning buffet was amazing. I saw morning buffet it' was looking like Marriot or Radisson I basically usage marriot But I was disappointed from the room's .room' was not clean everywhere dust in the room. I complained at reception 1 manger came n told sir in this season We were sold out. I told iam paying money. He saw hair on pillow cover also. I told that jha hath lagao wahi dust hai . Lamp, Bed, Table, corridor. Really I wants to give 5 Star rating but I was disappointed of Manager arguing word. Everything was good except Cleaning. If I avoid cleaning then it's 5star

Park ocean not a hotel its feeling like home We stayed 3 days here, everything was super, Rooms are properly clean, food was awesome, service excellent, specially warm welcome on check in time Whole property ambience was super every staff with smiling face with proper grooming. Five senses restaurant ambience is superb Pool area view was super. We enjoyed lot of here, rating star 10/10 Thank you park ocean team for make my holiday Memorable
