The rooms were good. There were no interior as shown in the photos. Wifi wasn't working and telecom connection should be improved. The location of the hotel is good. Thanks!

I am giving 1 star to this hotel and their service as I can give only this much minimum star rating. I have been this hotel for 2 days.. worst service they have provided... This hotel is absolutely not recommended.... Please mark my review below. 1)Firstly they have given very very tiny room. We asked to change the room then they gave a little big room only after had discussion with Tour service owner. 2)They didn't even welcome us with glass of water.... We called to reception and asked to send water.. then they gave us hot water. 3)seating arrangements was infront of Washroom. I seriously Do not want to write about hygiene of washroom. 4)we noticed shampoo bottle was in comode so asked to staff clean it but then reply was like... "No problem ! Sir". 5)coming to food quality and food service now... a)breakfast and dinner was included in our tour package.. but irony is they told only idli,wada that too 1 piece and one of the item between uthappam, pavbhaji and aloo paratha and 1 piece will be only given .. after that everything will be payable. b)My family member was not feeling well so we asked to send food in room and they asked for money as they said room service is payable you will have to have it in dining area only. They told us this when we asked it. c)We ordered dal rice , the taste was pathetic... Even small restaurants makes it very delicious... After having that dal rice my family member suffered from vomiting for whole night.... Fortunately I didn't have it so I didn't suffer it.

The rooms are nice, but no lift for first two floors. If u have to go to fourth floor, u have climb the stairs to reach second floor and use the lift at Second floor. Their check in time is 12.00 a.m., but you will get hot water upto 11.00 a.m. So, if you are reaching Ooty after overnight journey, take a room somewhere, have your bath and check into this hotel😄😄. Don't expect hot water
