The hotel is NOT suitable for family as they have wine shop at their entrance. No parking space available. The rooms were not clean, washroom was in bad state, no Wi-Fi, no breakfast and the owner of hotel is just interested in getting a hefty amount as tariff charge. The service was terrible. The hotel is ~1.5 kms away from Ambabai Temple so that’s the ONLY positive aspect about this hotel.

Prices are decent. Stayed on 5/Nov/22 with family. The locality is good of course. Had some leakage issues in bathroom but it didn't impact our stay though. Overall 4/5

#ROOM - room was quite good with good air conditioning, although blankets were not good at all. Staff didn’t provided room what I’ve booked. #SERVICE - room service is very poor, hotel should try to improve it, the intercom was not working during stay. Towels was not good, toiletries not provided. #Staff - staff should improve their behaviour. #Parking - Hotel doesn’t have parking facilities at their space, they give you space on road side. I would love to stay, with improvements done ✅

Hotel Radhika Deluxe is connected with Oyo.. Reasonable rates.. Good location.. 4 Wheeler parking a bit problem.. Hot water not available in the morning. Wine shop available at walking distance.. Railway station at walking distance.. Mahalakshmi temple at walking distance.. Location 4/5 Service 3/5 Rates ₹₹ Room service not available at the time we visited.. Otherwise it's available..

Bad experience overall. I forgot my cell phone there as I kept it for charging but didn't get it,they didn't except it was forgotten. Dirty towels were given n smelly soaps. No restaurant in hotel so milk for baby was ordered from else where. Oyo is least bothered and least responsible for this loss even if they had suggested this hotel and I didn't book it from app. Extra bedding was in bad condition. Washroom was dirty n unhygienic. Big no for family stay.
