It is an amazing hotel at Kannur, its about 1.8km to the Payyambalam beach, very clean and well maintained, spacious rooms... Extremely polite and friendly staff.... Location wise, its really close to the main bus stand and railway station... If you are going there must stay here....

Not worth the money, lot of power fluctuations, sometimes lifts not working, couldn't even rest for sometime at reception Lighting is so dull in rooms, rooms not properly maintained. Walls you can see lots of water bulging marks. Water heater is not working and water flows very slowly in taps and showers. Breakfast timing is late, Better opt for a better hotel. Only plus is it's 400mts to kannur railway station. No restaurant

We stayed there for one day and the hotel was near by to kannur railway station.We booked the hotel by seeing its 3 star category but the hotel facilities and amenities is only average.Wifi is not available in the room and requested to reception and they are helpless to fix it. We expected a 3 star breakfast menu and its also dissapointed us as menu was limited with 3 to 6 items.The room and washroom maintainance was not well keeped and kettle is not even available in the room.Sometimes lift was stuck and not working properly. Recommended to stay for less price with normal room and facility near to railway station without any star hotel amenities.
