The hotel is situated almost 2kms from the Rajagopuram.It has been renovated and the new rooms are good and family friendly.Car parking is also available. Good Service. No complimentary breakfast was provided.But overall the stay was pleasant.

Situated in the town center, easily accessible by auto or cab. The hotel was undergoing renovations during our visit. The on-site restaurant is available but prices are on the higher side. The veg biryani is noteworthy, but the ice cream was disappointing. The hotel room's washroom is satisfactory. A triple occupancy room costs 3500, and they offer a refund policy for cancellations. Minimalistic decor, no paintings on the room walls, a typical hotel room in a bustling area.

Very worst service and the receptionist is always busy with mobile phone... When we reached the hotel, waited for 5 minutes and the receptionist is busy with speaking in mobile phone. After 5 minutes I said my name and he asked for Booking ID.. My net pack was over and I asked for Wi-Fi password, he didn't want to give, so he searched for my name and he took it(Still he is speaking with mobile phone only). And we have onboarded 1.5 hours late Checked in at 03.30 pm and we asked for check out time extension.. He spoke rudely and asked 500 rupees for 2 hours. Also he said , If you come directly we will give 24 hours check out time and I have booked through online(check in 2.00 pm to check out 12.00 noon).. (Still he is speaking with mobile phone only). There is no proper car parking and renovation work is going on in 3rd floor. We can't sit in 3rd floor in our room.. That much noise and the bed cushion is not comfortable... Window AC and I can't sleep in the AC Noise.. I heard more than 100 new noise tunes which was performed by Window AC... 2 fans are there and the fan is doing jogging.. we can see all 3 wings when it is running at 5th top speed...Phone is not working.. Dial no 9 is reception number.. But it is not working on room no 303...We spent Rs.3500 for triple bed room and it is totally waste.. Note: I asked for Wi-Fi password 3 times, and they didn't give till check out...(Wi-Fi is free) they mentioned in Amenities... Rooms: Rooms are average Food & drinks: Coffee is worth for 30 rupees

Worst rooms have seen ever.. TV and AC remote not working.. even the phone also not working to inform the reception.. went down from fourth floor and informed in the reception but they not attended.. staffs are not having responsibility.. we have waited almost 45 min but they have not given the room.. they not made arranged the room even that room was not occupied by anyone on the day.. they have charged me for 5 person but not given the extra bed.. totally bad stay ...
