Never book this property. - Very dirty rooms. - Toilets were not clean. - Bed were full of insects and cockroaches. I got several cockroach bites on my body after sleeping here for a few hours. Worst stay ever. Not recommended at all.

This one star should not be given to this hotel. Very worst experience with this Hotel receptionist. He is very rude and harsh. He is using bad words and I have complaint to police as well. They are big scam. Never trust their words on call . I have booked room for my family. But wgen we reached their they said there is no room available. And then said to pay more for another room. Even though they got my booking and I have given confirmation to them. Never recommend to any one. This property is very dirty and so many illegal activities are going place. The hotel receptionist is very bad , he is misbehaving with women's. There service is very bad. I didn't stay in that hotel. They are fraud . Not safe for anyone.not accessible to any location. They are in a hidden place.

The stay was nice but had some issues with TV. The plugs were not installed properly which can be dangerous. They resolved the TV issue but before allocating room they should check everything. The staff were polite and nice.

It is an absurdity that such a place has generally high ratings as my experience was so mind bogglingly poor. Let's talk beds, one normally wants their bed to be clean, dry, and with a scarcity of insect life. My bed here was the opposite of all those things respectively. Mouldy looking pillows, damp sheets, cockroaches in the room and bed bugs to top it all off. Above the bed is a rectangle square of painted purple with a beautiful electricity wire poking out of it. The ceiling fan gives the impression of an impending blending, I suggest you use your luggage for cover as the fan is likely to end someone's life before long, better not be yours eh? Then there is the large sheet of plywood that makes up one of the walls, made of the finest wood in the land I'm sure but it could use a lick of paint to say the least. Then the bathroom, if you like bunkers with flickering white lights with a rattly metal door then this will be perfect. Maybe my experience wouldn't have been so bad if not marred by the service charge I then had to pay on the way out. What was the service you might ask? Bed bug bites, a sore shoulder from the strange lump in the bed, (perhaps it was an organic mass? I did not dare to check) or the epilepsy risk from the bathroom lights (preferred to a swift execution from the dodgy fan). Avoid this place, find somewhere better, life is too short and you're better than this.
