BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE😬 Worst experience of my life is Booking a so called DELUXE Room at Hotel Rich Palace, Jalgaon, Maharashtra. Total waste of money. Third class staff at reception with even worst owner. No manners at all. 1) Water tap with no water. 2) Wifi rooms without connectivity. 3) AC without cooling at all because no gas in it, even its filters are lying in the cupboard instead of in the AC indoor unit. 4) Fan with zero rpm speed. 5) Land line with loose connections. 6) TV and set top box without Cable recharge. 7) Switch board uprooted everywhere. 8) Deluxe room with zero walking space. 9) Sofa with zero comfortness. 10) Rooms with dirty smells. 11) No hand wash in hand wash container. 12) Just 15 ltr bucket in Deluxe room. 13) Don't ever try Laundry service of this hotel. 14) No room service at all, everytime you have to go to reception and request them. 15) No parking space available with them. 16) Dirty bed sheets 17) Hot water tap gives only Cold water.

Rooms are decent, staff don't have manners to behave, it's 9.23am and breakfast is not ready, thay said it will start on 9.30am .I'm sure they will take 30-60 minutes again. At the time of check in staff person clothes in the room. May be staff using room if they are not occupied.

Worst experience.. Dirty bed sheet... Poor service.. Rude staff..even Intercom is not working but no body told.. I was trying to order a cup of tea in the morning .. intercom was ringing..but no reply.. even when I called on landline number didn't get the tea.. 2nd time when I call he ask me room number and even after 2nd call could not get the tea.. I keep the door open and asked the room boy for the tea then only I get it.. Worst experience in my life...
