It is well centrally located , near the bus stand. Rooms are big and comfortable , house keeping staff is also very good and keeps the rooms clean. They have a veg restaurant on the ground floor. The food quality is good. Over all I won't say it's the best however It's very much acceptable. They have a banquet and the size is good. The staff is always in its shoes to help you out. Hotel rooms - 3.5 Restaurant & food - 3.2 Hotel location - 4 Cleanliness - 3.5

New Regal Palace is a very good hotel in Jalgaon. Room service is excellent. Food is also tasty. The staff behavior is friendly and they are quick in their service. Highly recommended.

I must say it was a great experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff was incredibly helpful, and I was particularly impressed by the cooperation of the hotel manager, Mr. Dipak Mandal Ji. The property itself is well-maintained and provides a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jalgaon.

Worst Hotel I am not recommended this hotel for any person because that was not sufficient service and room even food as per their rate, their receptionist behavior is not valid, when i was book hotel on go ibibo, I was book for 2 adults with breakfast unfortunately one of my colleague is late and when he was came at last night receptionist was said that i should extra charges for him. So allover staff, service and food are not good as per their rate.

Oh my God, it's one of the most dirtiest hotel I ever stayed. It just happened to stay there on an emergency, booked through MMT (Make my trip), I have no words to express, such a pathetic experience. It's really like a pick up lodge, sorry for such comment but that's the reality. I am not even ready to give even one star rating, since it's mandatory I am giving one star. Will not recommend to even my enemies...Pls do not venture out to take the complimentary breakfast, you may fall sick.."I am not responsible"...!!
