Hotel Royal Splendid

Absolutely digusting rooms and terrible service. Wish I could take back the time I wasted. Customer service was also a big disappointment. 11/10 would NOT recommend this place.

A small hotel in a great location. Close to Manyata tech park saves it. Your experience might vary between great to bad depending on the floor you stay. 3rd floor is absolute nightmare if you are bothered about noise. Housekeeping does cleaning from 10 PM TO 12 AM; weird time to do that. Ground floor has supplies room and the hotel staff getting supplies at night could be an issue too. The bed is clean but the sheets and towels aren't. The towels have stains and tables aren't clean either. You must be lucky if you don't see any issues during the stay. Hot water is another hassle and have to ask multiple times before you get it. Hotel staff except one aren't prompt either; you must ask multiple times for any stuff like towel, soap, etc. My first stay was quite uneventful except for hot water but the second stay was downright horrible. Sleep was disturbed for 2 out of 4 days stay. Only reason this hotel is running is proximity to Manyata tech park and being couple friendly.
