Cheating with availability. Not available for foreigners, as almost everywhere. I spent all night trying to find any place to stay. They are not working with foreigners (although the very essence of hotels implies precisely this), that means they're not providing any advertised services. Don't spend your time on these frauds.

I would not know how the rooms are here since I wasn't allowed to check in here. When the hotel clearly states that unmarried couples are allowed over the age of 21, they denied service by saying there is a problem with my surname. It was pathetic and disheartening to realise that being a Muslim is a crime in this hotel. Just because I was a Muslim and my plus one was a Hindu, they did not allow us and even refused to give a refund. We had booked this for an hourly basis just to keep the luggage and freshen up and they just cut right denied to give us a room because I was a Muslim and my surname was Salim. The receptionist took so much time to discuss this with the owner of this hotel and finally told us, we can't give the room because your surname is Salim. In the state of Gandhi and our beloved prime minister this is cut right discrimination that's happening here. We were asked to leave the premises because of my religion. And after this also, in a nearby hotel too, they denied service basis religion, even though we tried to take room for 2 girls, but one Hindu and Muslim, they just refused it. It was very unfair and the staff behaviour was so pathetic and rude that we just left. We had to roam with our heavy luggages in the city due to this situation and when they refused to even refund the amount for the same even if we did not check in. They asked us to talk to goibibo people .

Hotel Room is not so good, A/c fins was broken, too much cockroaches in room, toilets was very bad & not cleaned yellow stain marks on commode. Will not advice any one to stay in hotel. This hotel they claim as 3 star, but it is not even single star.
